Prices are usually quoted with DPH included; as a business you may have to register for it.
The fuller explanation
Registration is compulsory once your turnover crosses the statutory threshold, and in some cross-border situations from the first transaction. Registered businesses file VAT returns and a control statement. The threshold and rates change from time to time — confirm the current ones with the Financial Administration.
