The fuller explanation
An apostille is a single stamp used between countries in the Hague apostille convention. Superlegalisation is the longer route — certification by the issuing country's authorities and then by the Czech embassy there — used where no apostille applies. With some countries a bilateral treaty means neither is needed. Which applies to you depends on the issuing country, so confirm with the office that will receive the document.
