The taxpayer's declaration — known as the "pink form" (růžové prohlášení).
Where you meet it
You sign it when you start a job, so the monthly tax credits are applied to your salary.
The fuller explanation
Signing it lets your employer apply the basic taxpayer credit and other allowances to your monthly payroll. It can only be signed with one employer at a time for the same period. If you never sign it, more tax is withheld and you recover it later through a return.
