The fuller explanation
An independent non-governmental organisation offering regional counselling and information on tenant rights, lease terms, deposits, evictions, and rent disputes. It is not a public authority and cannot decide cases or represent you in court, but it can help you understand your position and the next steps. For disputes that cannot be settled through advice, the route is the ordinary Czech courts.
